Jill Miller is a passionate advocate and thought leader on increasing economic mobility for workers and underrepresented entrepreneurs. After 20 years' experience in Enterprise Business Development, she has turned her focus to creating partnerships and innovations that promote decent work and economic growth across ecosystems. She is Founder and CEO of LUNUM, a Sustainability platform launched in 2022, that is leading the transformation from Supplier Diversity to Supplier Impact with new KPIs. By harnessing the power of Data and ML, LUNUM helps Corporations and their supply chains put long-term Impact strategies into action that align with stakeholder and shareholder interests, alike.

Phil Kim

Chief Operating Officer

Phil Kim has over 20 years of experience in technology and fintech sectors, specializing in strategy, product management, product development, go-to-market, and client success. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering innovative solutions from conception to market launch. As the former Global Head of Product at State Street, Phil led the development and execution of industry-leading ESG solutions, servicing top asset managers and owners globally. Prior to this, he co-founded Truvalue Labs, an ESG data provider, successfully overseeing its acquisition by FactSet. With an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Computer Science from MIT, Phil combines business acumen with technical expertise. He is known for his proactive leadership style, analytical skills, and ability to mobilize teams to achieve objectives.

Kate Burnett

Chief Revenue Officer

Kate Burnett is a social entrepreneur who has joined forces with Lunum to help scale Impact Accounting by helping companies realize a return on investment in people and communities and recognize how their practices can have positive impact on the world. Until April 2023, Kate Burnett was the President of Bridgehead, a publicly traded Canadian coffee company complete with its own roastery. She began with Bridgehead in 2017 as the COO, focusing on profitability and ultimately leading the organization to a sale in January 2020. Prior to Bridgehead, Kate worked for Me to We, an innovative social enterprise based in Toronto. She built the retail arm of the organization ultimately was promoted to join the Executive team of WE to help lead and manage the growing enterprise. Kate currently sits on the Board of Directors of Fairtrade Canada and is the Assistant Learning Officer on the Board of YPO’s Social Impact Network. She completed an MBA in 2010, joined YPO in 2021 and received the Top Forty under 40 award in 2022.

David Lengacher

Chief Data & Analytics Officer

David is a Data Science leader specializing in building empowered analytics teams and creating enterprise capabilities that drive revenue, unlock efficiencies through self-service, mitigate risks, and extract actionable insights from disparate data sources. With experience spanning multiple industries, including CPG, supply chain, financial services, and pharma, he is passionate about developing a deep end-to-end understanding of cause-and-effect relationships within complex economic and enterprise processes. David has also published several peer-reviewed articles in operations research and analytics journals.

Russ McLeod

Consultant

Russ is a seasoned professional serving as a Transformation Lead and Fractional COO, specializing in the art and science of orchestrating operational excellence and strategic transformation. In his current capacity, he crafts operational models, establishes a dynamic reporting cadence, develops a comprehensive metrics and measurement framework, and oversees the execution of ongoing strategic projects. Over the last 16 years, Russ has gained extensive experience in large scale events, international travel & lodge management and retail. He has managed P&L's of $40M+, led the growth of the social enterprise from 2010 to 2020 producing 4x growth. During that time period, the social enterprise donated $20M back to the charity in cash and in-kind support.

Tania Gomes

Tania is an experienced business strategist who has spent more than seven years working in social impact and business transformation. She specializes in growth strategy as well as operational sustainability and transformation. Tania's passionate about working with organizations to ensure that measurement is the cornerstone of every social impact project. As a facilitator, Tania has delivered social justice and leadership development workshops to youth, schools, and corporate groups. She holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management degree from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from IESE Business School.

Malakeh Jaber

Malakeh holds dual degrees—a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business Administration Finance—culminating in a skill set that seamlessly combines analytical thinking with strategic acumen. Malakeh's professional journey has been marked by her experience interning/working at law firms and a CPA firm, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable insights into the realms of law and finance. Most recently, her role as an Economic Impact Consulting Intern at Fresno EDC showcased her exceptional capabilities in researching and implementing the Harvard Business School's Impact Accounting methodology.

Luto Sibotoboto is a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in transforming data, automation and building data pipelines using SQL and Python. He excels in fast-paced environments, developing scalable data solutions to tackle complex business challenges. Luto is committed to continuous learning, growing as a data engineer and exploring cloud computing and distributed computing technologies to grow his skill set. Leah Daniels

Leah received her B.S. from the University of Tampa in Applied Sociology, minoring in sustainability and geography. She has experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative undergraduate and graduate level research. She previously interned for a nonprofit organization dedicated to global poverty alleviation and became a Southeast Regional Director for the organization. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate career, she found a calling in the diversity, equity, and inclusion sphere, serving as the first ever Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity and on the Dean of Students Diversity Advisory Group at the University of Tampa. Most recently, she continued this work by conducting a county-analysis of the U.S. from an environmental racism perspective. She has a passion for social justice, learning, and environmental sustainability.

John Hartline

John is Managing Director, Global Supply Chain at tms, a HAVI Company, managing the supplier network for their Category Management practice.

John has been with the HAVI companies the last 14 years in a variety of management roles. He started as the lead for the HAVI Global Solutions North American promotions group, transferred to Singapore to their APMEA operations and then did a stint as COO of HAVI Logistics Asia. Upon returning to the US, John transferred to tms as head of Operations before moving into his current role.

John is a graduate of the University of Michigan, graduating in 1990 with a BBA. He started as an Auditor with Grant Thornton before moving into industry in a variety of Financial and Operational roles.

Loribeth Cohen, PT, CAP, IMT-C, NET

Practitioner, founded re:fit in 2000 with the goal of creating a unique fitness and wellness center. When she started treating orthopedic conditions and chronic pain at a sports medicine office in 1989, she noticed that traditional PT did not address some of the important physical conditions or psychosocial/emotional components. Thus, Loribeth opened re:fit, uniting physical therapy with Pilates and Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT), believing in its combined power to achieve comprehensive rehabilitation.

Eric Goldstein

Eric serves as Chief Risk Officer for Antares Capital. He joined Antares Capital in April 2017 as Chief Administrative Officer and was appointed to his current role in March 2018, charged with overseeing Enterprise Risk Management. Eric is a member of the Antares Executive Committee. Prior to joining Antares Capital, Eric spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Division, responsible for finance and administration functions of the division’s private investment funds. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Eric was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young in both the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance Services Divisions.

Eric serves on the Board of Directors of the Spondylitis Association of America and also is a member of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility’s Advisory Board.

Previously, Phillip was Managing Director at TechNexus, a multistage firm with a portfolio of 125+ ventures including investments at the Seed and Series A stages. Earlier, Phillip grew and sold two B2B SaaS ventures, after concluding his time working on Microsoft’s earliest IoT technologies. Phillip holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Computer Science degree from Purdue.

Greg Korte

Greg Korte is a Partner and global practice leader for investment operations and securities lending consulting at Aon. He has spent the last 40 years in the investment industry holding a variety of senior and executive positions. He has held leadership positions with Russell Investments, Mercer, and Aon Investments in addition to founding and managing his own independent consulting firm, Korte & Associates. He has significant experience working with multi-billion-dollar investment funds globally. Greg is sought out by industry leading Banks for his insight into technology, operations efficiency, business development and client operations. During his career he chaired the oversight of a lending program totalling over $210 billion in global assets. He was retained to consult with a Central Bank. He was sought out by the SEC rules committee to provide advice into various industry rule proposals. Greg’s extensive time in the industry coupled with his creative approach to problem solving, while maintaining empathy for peers, are the hallmarks of his distinguish career.

More recently, I have developed a human-centric approach to help companies design and build strategic capabilities, grow system-wide performance and collaboration maturity, link and promote the flow of strategy through execution, guide Lean and Agile organizational adoptions, and provide training and coaching using Agile, Lean, and Systems Thinking, Business Agility, User-Centered Design, and Organizational Development techniques and mindsets. I have applied these techniques within the insurance, banking, manufacturing, medical, retail, financial services, and education communities in four countries for over 20 companies and over 350 teams.
